• Certificate Revocation: In cases where a certificate is revoked by Apple or due to violations of Apple’s terms of use, certvip.com is not responsible for any resulting losses.
• Warranty Response Time: If an issue occurs with your certificate, please contact us to request warranty support. Our standard response time is within 24–48 business hours.

4. Refund Policy

• No Refund After Activation: Once the certificate package and device UDID have been processed and activated through Apple’s system, we are unable to offer refunds or allow device changes. This is a requirement set by Apple that certvip.com must comply with.
• Errors on Our Side: If an issue arises due to a system error on the part of certvip.com, or if the certificate is not successfully issued for reasons attributable to us, you may request a full refund or receive an equivalent replacement certificate.
• Refund Request Deadline: To request a refund, you must contact us within [number of days] from the date of the transaction. After this period, we will be unable to process your refund request.

5. Points and Affiliate Program
