• certvip.com provides Apple certificates, including P12 and MobileProvision files, for devices such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, and others.
• These certificates support all iOS versions from iOS 7 to iOS 18 and newer versions.
• Certificates are automatically issued after the order is confirmed and completed.
• Each certificate is intended for a single device only, registered with a specific UDID in the selected package, and may not be shared or used on any other device.

3. Warranty Policy

• certvip.com offers automatic warranty coverage in the event that a certificate is unexpectedly revoked.
• The warranty period depends on the type of certificate and will be clearly stated in the specific purchase terms. If the certificate is revoked due to an error on our part, we will either reissue a new certificate or issue a refund in accordance with the agreed terms.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the certificate package and device UDID have been initiated and activated with Apple, refunds or device changes are not allowed, as this is a mandatory policy set by Apple.
• If an issue on the part of CertApple prevents you from using the certificate, we will review the case and may offer a refund or issue a new certificate.

5. User Rights and Responsibilities

• Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account and making purchases on certvip.com.
• Users are not permitted to use certificates for any illegal activities, copyright infringement, or violations of Apple’s policies.

6. Account Security

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and must not share passwords or sensitive data with anyone.
• CertApple is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your personal account information.

7. CertApple's Responsibility

• CertApple is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the misuse of certificates by the user or violations of Apple’s policies.
